SkillsInSight virtual reality room
Virtual reality will also be a very specific part of the ManpowerGroup Lab, notably with an exclusive skills evaluation tool, SkillsInSight, which will be available in a completely immersive, multi-user version at VivaTech. This innovative evaluation tool measures candidate’s behavioral characteristics and the way in which others perceive their personality (skills and determination), professional interests and the compatibility of their work environment with their personality. Users will receive immediate feedback on the most suitable career paths depending on their results.
Talent Sustainability Quotient
The Talent Sustainability Quotient (TSQ) is a digital evaluation tool that helps measure and compare HR practices, to analyze HR maturity and to identify areas for improvement in terms of recruitment, talent development, culture transformation and proactive talent management.
IT Box: for a secure, efficient and appealing digital workspace
The IT Box is a modular system of secure connected lockers where employees can collect and leave IT equipment at any moment.
